Open Days & Campus Tours

UWC Mahindra is the kind of place you need to see to fully understand. The campus sits on a 180-acre biodiversity reserve in the Sahyadri hills, about an hour from Pune. The community that lives and learns here is unlike anything in a brochure. An open day, in person or virtual, gives you a real sense of what daily life looks like before you commit to the application process.

"Our daughter's decision to leave the US and attend MUWCI has proven to be nothing less than transformational. She has removed herself from a culture that views the high school years as nothing more than positioning yourself for college admissions, to years that have real meaning, value and purpose in and of themselves."
Richard Barth, father of Georgina, Class of 2025
"Pedro's move to MUWCI was influenced by me. It all comes down to this sentence he said to me recently: 'There hasn't been a single day when I thought, what am I doing here?' We truly feel that he is happy, well-integrated, and loving all the experiences he's been given."
Patrícia Melo Breyner, mother of Pedro, Class of 2025

Virtual open days

For prospective students and families who cannot travel to the campus, virtual open days run from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm IST. The session covers the same ground as the in-person programme: the UWC movement, the educational model, scholarships, and the national committee process, with time for questions.

Getting to UWC Mahindra

The campus is located in Mulshi, Maharashtra, approximately 50 kilometres from Pune city centre. The nearest major airport is Pune International Airport. The college is not easily accessible by public transport and most visitors travel by road from Pune.

Applying for 2027 entry

UWC Mahindra does not accept applications directly from students. All applicants must apply through one of two official UWC routes. The National Committee route is for students applying through a UWC national committee in their home country. Indian students, NRIs, and OCIs apply through the UWC Committee of India at in.uwc.org. Students from other countries can find their national committee at uwc.org/nationalcommittees. The Global Selections Programme is for candidates who do not require financial support or scholarships. Applications are made directly through UWC International at uwc.org/gsp.
